| Post subject: | R6 How to rerun mythtv-setup |
I just did a fresh R6 install. Just wondering how to exit the frontend to a desktop and open up shell prompt. If I exit the frontend I get a screen with the only option is to start the frontend again. If I use the "F" keys I get a messed up black and white display. I would like to re-run mythtv-setup. Thanks |

To exit the front end just keep hitting back (esc) until you're prompted to quit the frontend. Or you can just hit alt+X = shell (full list of commands at http://www.knoppmythwiki.org/index.php? ... rtcut+Menu or Hit ctrl+alt+F2 to get a tty or ssh into the box from another machine |
