I tried to install (apt-get) qdvdauthor to work with some of my video files and now QMYSQL is complaining when I attempt to start mythbackend. I am using knoppmyth R4V4 and receive the folowing error message. Code: root@mythtv:~ # mythbackend -d

No error type from QSqlError? Strange... Couldn't open database I ran into a similar problem some time ago trying to install something that changed the QT libraries but was in over my head and gave up and went back to my backups. This time I would like to try and fix this, if you need any other information I will be only too happy to provide it. Thanks Paul |
