Hi,

I'm new to Knoppmyth, old to MythTV and linux. A few questions about upgrading:

Is there a release schedule for the upgrade to 0.18.1?
Will you have to do a complete install from a new iso?
Can you not just upgrade via apt like on Debian?

btw....searched for "upgrade" and "0.18.1" couldn't find anything.

There will be a release at some point that includes 0.18.1 there is currently no upgrade procedure other than upgrading from a new ISO. I believe cesman stated he is not going to have any such upgrade path until R5 is released.

Sorry this is taking so long. Busy busy busy... A new ISO will be released shortly, I'll have a diff that can be used to patch 0.18.1 so those that don't want to upgrade to R5A16 can produce thier own debs (easy process).
