I tried to post this in the problems and solutions forum, but I did not have sufficient permission. I had an issue with Network not coming up when booted.

The problem was, when the box was booted, the UHCI and OHCI drivers were loaded which allowed the network device to be detected. The network was then configured on the device, but then the EHCI driver was loaded. This caused the device to be removed and then reloaded and the network was not reconfigured.

I added the line "ehci_hcd" to /etc/modprobe.conf/Knoppmyth file directly under ohci_hcd and everything started working properly at boot time.

Too many people were only posting the problem part. Now Cecil promotes them on merit.
