Before I started installing KnoppMyth I read through the standard MythTv instructions...now that's a lot of work! Ten chapters before you even get to try it. I just spent a day and a half trying to get ivtv to talk to my card. Imagine multiplying that by 10. I'm a linux hacker so that was an average adventure. I am glad I did not have to do that for mysql and cron and cdparanoia and lame and xmltv and lirc (uh, maybe I will have to build that)...and X86Config and... My hat's off to you guys. Nice piece of work. Barry |
