Try adding -cache 8192 or something similar to the mplayer command under setup -> media settings -> video settings -> player settings. Worked for me on a samba connection over wireless.

Hi. Im not sure what to call it. But my video is freezing up for half a second every 5 - 20 second depending on how hig res the video has. Im running samba and the videos is on a windows machine. But i have tryed to play vide from the mythmachine disk and it was exactly the same. It worked fine in R4. So anyone know what might have changed now that i reinstalled R5A16. /DonLKSAB |
