First of all I apologize for my bad english, so please be lenient :) (I'm french)

I've installed Knoppmyth R5A22 on an EPIA Nehemiah M10000N and it works out of the box (just have to set DPMS off and install i686 binaries).

Great job ! It's really amazing :D

Unfortunately it's a bit slow, specialy with MythMusic.

So I ask myself if the binaries are allready optimised for the Nehemiah or there's a need to recompile the kernel and mythtv (and most probably all the programs) ?

The kernel is compiled for i586... I really don't know how much (if any) improvement you'd get if any by recompiling. It would however take a great deal of time. ;) If you discover something I can do differently to improve speed on the Epia (without effect other systems), I'd certainly like to know.
