I tried searching I must be using the wrong search words.
My time remaining clock displays all the video recorded after the current video. The way it should be working is let's say "30:55 of 59:59" instead it's showing me "30:55 of 10:59:59" as if it is counting the ten recordings that recorded after the current one. In other words the last thing recorded will show the correct time but the show that recorded next to last will include the time of the last show.
This showed up after the backend crashed one day.
Thanks
MattBatt

Have you checked your DB for corruption?

You could try running mythcommflag with --rebuild

the database was not corrupted but i did run the optimize_db.sh as was suggested in the wiki page.
While poking around at various shows I noticed that the problem only exists between April 16 through April 22. I'm thinking that something may have been wrong while it was commflagging.
I tried to run a:
mythcommflag --rebuild
mythcommflag --rebuild --allstart 20080422000001
mythcommflag --rebuild --allstart
mythcommflag --allstart 20080422000001
none of them fixed the problem (or appeared to do anything at all the operation finished in less than 10 seconds)

Thank you for your help since it seems there are only 10 or so shows that are still affected I will just ignore it.
Thanks Again MattBatt

You may have to use the force option to get it to redo the comm flagging. This almost always clears up timing issues...

it finished the job in a couple of seconds still I don't have to be root do I?
If I was root and modified the file the mythtv user couldn't modify it later correct?
Like I said the problem cleared itself up and I'm not too worried about it. I was just hoping I could give someone else a clue if it happens to them.
