I prefer the Folder View over Browse and just a little better than List. However..I was wondering if it's possible to either change the folder Icon to a custom picture say a thumbnail or something?

The gf really likes to see the box/cover art and I'm just trying to make things easier for her so she stays hip to the new ugly box next to the tv

I have also wondered how to do this. I also use the folders view and would be much happier if I could get thumbnails for MythVideo just like with MythGallery.

I'd also like to by-pass the IMDB preview screen which is pretty unpleaseant to loot at when it is blank (and this applies to most of my files).

According to a recent post over at the mythTV board creating a jpg named folder.jpg would meet what you guys are looking for.
