I have a 250 and wintv go both installed and working. I know the "Y" swaps tuners but I have the PC with keyboard in the next room. Is it possible to swap tuners using the silver remote?

Since mine has ben heavily customized I don't remember if the default /home/mythtv/.mythtv/lircrc defines a button for this, but 5 minutes with an editor should let you map the button of your choice to do it. It's really pretty obvious how it works if you take a minute to look at it and think.
