I have a PVR-150 and a 250 both working in my box. Unfortunately neither of the remotes is working after an upgrade to R5A22 (everything else went very smoothly). When in myth and when I run irw I get nothing, I have run the lirc_reconfig.sh script several times with different options rebooting each time with no change. I am not sure where to start looking for the problem, if someone could give me a place to start I would be most appreciative.

Thanks

I am going to try to reinstall and see what happens. I will also move the card arounnd, and if that does not work try different versions of lirc maby. The 150 is a new card, the tv functions work well but could still be bad I suppose, I have not seen any others with problems like this. I noticed that myth does not try to initialize the IR sensor on the 250, so I may try to disable the 150 and use ithe 250 instead for IR. Thanks again.

Update

I switched the cards around so that the PVR-250 would be picked up first and thus the IR port of the 250 would be the one used by myth. The remote worked perfectly this way. Heres the odd part, the Tv picture from the 250 had all kinds of glitches and artifacts showing up, no stuttering, just lots of random pixelation. The picture through the 150 was perfect. After I rebooted a couple times with no change in behavior I switched them around again and to totally new locations and everything works fine again. Wierd eh? Just thought I would share with you. I am going to try trouble shooting the IR on the 150 by sticking it in my windows box to verify if the IR port is bad or if it is software related. Thanks again.
