| Post subject: | Zap2it adds channels by itself |
Has anyone else casually checked their TV listings and noticed channels that you didn't select in your setup from Zap2it? I have. I usually hop over to my Zap2it account and remove them when I notice it. It happens every few weeks. This is not a big deal. I am not paying for the listings. I was just wondering if this is unique to me. |

I'd suggest reading the MythTV docs... If memory serves, one has to also configure MythTV not to display said channel. |

If new channels get added to the lineup zap2it _does_ include them by default. Frankly I see the behaviour as being one of those six to one and a half dozen to the other choices. It does let you know that the lineup has changed and maybe it's time to go fiddle you selections, which may be bettern than not realizing it for months... |
