I have been reading about other people's cache size being 4 gig or larger. I did an auto install of knoppixmyth and it made my /cache size at 10 gig:

Filesystem 1K-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on
/dev/hda1 3797912 2848120 757416 79% /
/dev/hda3 10505464 24 10505440 1% /cache
/dev/hda4 141503024 1708720 139794304 2% /myth

I have run into the problem of the cache going to 100% disk space used. I was wondering if it is best to make the change in myth-setup to make the cache something that would fit under the /cache folder, or is it better to more it to /myth/cache and make it like 4 gigs in size?

wow do yourself a favor and remember the -h switch for human readable

df -h

gives you Mb Kb Gb etc.

but to answer you question yes the cache size is variable depending on what size drive you install on.
