Does the ivtv driver in R5A26 include Xv support? After updating ivtv in my R5A16 box to get Xv support, I've got nice smooth mplayer playback for non-HD content (and acceptible playback of HD, though I think it's dropping frames sometimes -- particularly during pans). But, the box isn't 100% stable: it locks up once or twice a week for no apparent reason. I'm thinking about upgrading to A26, but only if Xv support in ivtv has been rolled in. Otherwise, I think I'll just stick with what I've got for a while longer... |
