I was previously using R5A22 and I had some DVD's ripped as .iso and I was able to play then via MythVideo. But I added a new bigger HDD and also decided to do a clean R5A26 install. I have everything up and running now (did NOT do backup restore) except for one thing. I do not see the option for iso in the DVD Rip application. I get only perfect, excellent and good. What am I missing and how to reenable it. I dont think I had done anything special in R5A22. I am able to play the old .iso files via MythVideo. Thanks, Patkam |

probably a difference in the mythtv versions. R5A22 actually had a newer version, but that was the whole spark of the controversy, as it was a development version and the schema was not guaranteed to update upon 0.19's release. |

Is there a command line way to rip a dvd to an .iso. I can probabaly do by with that until it gets fixed in the next version. Thanks, Patkam |

I finally gave in and decided to go back (or forward - Depends on how you see it) and I now have the ISO option once again. I guess I will deal with upgrade issue when the time comes. Now a Mythoholic, Patkam |
