But why is my root partition full? ![]() <looks in log> Ack! Stream overflow! Haven't seen that one in a while. <deletes log files and sets ivtv_debug=0> <deletes some recordings> OK, now I've got like 10GB free on /myth but my root partition is still nearly 100% full. What else should I delete on / to free up some space? |

I would suspect that log files have taken over. If you haven't already, try looking in /var/log. A fun command to help you find the where all your disk space went is du. |

You are correct sir. It was the mysql log - Massive! Now I'm back to 50% on / These log issues need to be addressed, no? Also, I'm not sure it's such a good idea that Myth fills up every ounce of my /myth partition. Can I set this to stop when it gets to 90% full and have it start deleting old shows? |

Why yes you can have myth start autoexpiring ![]() It's in one of the screens where you must set autoexpire on AND set an autoexpire threshold). It was in the settings, tv settings, general menu last I checked. |
