After reading through the ipod conversion post, I thought I would give it a shot for my PocketPC. Being a newb at mencoder I have Kludged a workable solution, but am looking for input for users with more experience. The following will give me a medium quality video at 400mb for an hour of video:



I would like to improve the quality. The only thing that seems to improve the quality is using keyint=0, but the file is too large for my storage card and the pocketpc skips. I'm also looking to get a smaller size file. Any help is appreciated
