| Post subject: | Show group list as recording groups |
Currently, whenever I go to Watch Recordings, I have to bring up the (M) menu and go to the "Show group list as recording groups" option, so that I can view shows organized into recording groups. Whenever I go back to the Watch Recordings menu, it defaults back to the program titles. Is there a way to set Watch Recordings to default to the recording groups? |

Not as I've found out. I want to do the same as you. I watch most things I've recorded within a week or two and then delete it, and mostly movies, so grouping by program titles makes no sense for me... I understand that for people recording (and possibly keeping) a lot of TV series it makes sense, but not for me. |

never saw that it actually made any difference, but there is an option in one of the setup menus (forget which one now) about using groups by default. I have never used groups for recording which may be why I didn't notice any difference. |

Yeah, I found those two options (I forget where too), but those don't do what I am looking to do. |
