hi all, 1st time poster, long time lurker. I built my 1st mythtv box out of a pvr-350 and knoppmyth, and now it is chuggling along nicely in my basement. I wanted to know if it was possible to use sendmail (or exim as the case may be with knoppmyth). I want to use the program logcheck to see whats going on in the box, but it is refusing to work. I saw a perl script that someone wrote, but is there any native support in knoppmyth?

I think you are asking is there any native support in mythtv, and as far as I know there is not.

Knoppmyth = easy to install linux + mythtv so yes email support is native there because it has exim installed.

I guess that script accidentally got removed during one of my cleanings of the database.

This post has people talking about mail scripts maybe you could pm one of them and see if they have a script you can use.
