hi all, 1st time poster, long time lurker. I built my 1st mythtv box out of a pvr-350 and knoppmyth, and now it is chuggling along nicely in my basement. I wanted to know if it was possible to use sendmail (or exim as the case may be with knoppmyth). I want to use the program logcheck to see whats going on in the box, but it is refusing to work. I saw a perl script that someone wrote, but is there any native support in knoppmyth? |

I think you are asking is there any native support in mythtv, and as far as I know there is not. Knoppmyth = easy to install linux + mythtv so yes email support is native there because it has exim installed. |

the 2nd part of what you said is what i am talking about. Any idea why what i am trying to do wont work? Maybe i need a better understanding of exim... |
