I've been running some flavor of R4 (don't remember where the KnoppMyth version number is stored) for quite a LONG time now and all has been well. The previous versions of MythTv didn't really offer much that I desired that I didn't already have. With the upcoming .19 release, I am definitely looking forward to the automatic tuner switching. This brings me to my question:

What kind of problems will I have going from my ancient install to the latest (KnoppMyth with 0.19 when it is released)? Will I have major issues with upgrading? My main concern is database issues. I would really hate to lose my history of previously recorded programs.
