If I go to this page in Myth Browser http://www.guitaretab.com/l/led-zeppelin/21671.htm the tab bars are all misaligned. I think it needs to use a fixed pitch font (ie6/firefox display it fine and use Courier New 8.5) I tried myself doing this as per a debian font install guide. # apt-get install msttcorefonts # apt-get install x-ttcidfont-conf defoma But this was disastrous, for some reason Xine began playing DVD's at double speed (audio and video), fortunately I uninstalled them both and things returned to normal (I think). I then just reinstalled just the msttcorefonts (defoma seems to be preinstalled with knoppmyth anyway), and followed bits of this guide http://www.faqs.org/docs/Linux-mini/TT-Debian.html I didn't install xsftt as I was getting confused and didn't want to mess up an otherwise working system. So if anyone knows how to get myth browser to display this page properly I'm all ears. I tried for 2 days but just couldn't make it happen. |
