The streaming in R5A30.2 is great, but its only for pre-recorded things. Is there any support in .19 for streaming live TV via mythweb? Thanks! -Jeff |

So far I have a partial answer to my question... .19 treats live TV as a recording, so the ringbuffer is gone and live TV will show up in the watch recordings section. I'm not sure how this will play out for channel selection and initiation of live tv streams but it sounds like its moving towards being supported. -Jeff |

actually there was a patch to mythstreamtv for 0.18 called mythstreamlivetv there is a page about it on the wiki. The patch will most likely not work as is on 0.19 because of the revamp in how livetv is handled, but I'm sure someone will look into it. |
