Live TV delay in .19

I hope I am not asking a questing for the hundredth time. But my searching has turned up nothing.

I just upgraded to R5b7 form a version about 4 back. All I did was remove my 160 gig hd and place a new 250 gig drive in my existing hardware and did a fresh install of R5B7. I then migrated the data from the old hd to the running PVR. Everything is working perfect with only a bit of a fight from my IR blaster.

I have notice one thing. Changing channels and the delay from when you click on watch tv and it appears seems to be much large. Clicking on fast forward when watching live TV showed I was 7 to 8 seconds behind live TV at all times. On my old myth is was only 3 seconds behind live at all times.

My question is can I change this time delay back to 3 or is it even a setting?

this appears to just be the way it is in 0.19 not sure if they are working on it or not, but there is no "setting" for it.
