select timeout - ivtv driver has stopped responding

in /var/log/mythtv/mythbackend.log ? By this my recording stops recording and I get some strange filesize 8000Tb or just B. Never recorded longer than 10min. If I do a
cat /dev/video0 > test.mpg this causes no problem

I got it on each of my capture cards, already removed a PVR-500 and disabled all onboard resources that I don't need (parallell, serial, enz)

I already tried to update my ivtv drivers but this didn't help.

Hardware:
Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 2.93GHz
512Mb ddr
Ati Radeon 9250 256mb
2 x Hauppage 500
1 x Hauppage 150 w/ remote
2 x 250Gb S-ata

Allready reinstalled it

:( need help with this one

Try a non-smp kernel to see if it clears things up for you, I was having ivtv issues before
recompiling to non-smp.

* Note: SMP can still cause problems even if your machine only has one cpu. *
