BIOS of the EPIA is set to PAL.
Using M10000 EPIA Board.

All I can get out using an S-Video cable to SCART IN is a Black & White picture.

Any pointers as to where im going wrong here as i've looked at various places:

Im running out of things to try
The TV does have a RGB setting but it looks really really bad all brown and skewed up.
