How did you get your card to work. I have the same card and it will not give me any video. What address did you use for the video card(type included). Send an email if you could please. I'd very much appreciate the help TIA Biggs |

Sending you an email wouldn't help anyone else. I didn't have to specify a card, that is why this in Tier 1. Which model card are you referring to? |

same model as stated in first post; 401. all that i get is a green static on the top of the screen. |

For the benefit of others: plug the cable in... With this card, you don't see static if nothing is plugged in, you just see a green screen with a bit of static on top (at least, that's what I had). Once I got this cleared out, the card worked right out of the box. |
