Sound and TV out work right out of the box. I make the following changes
1. I have a newer PV250 card so I had to edit the tuner type setting in the /etc/mythtv/modules/ivtv file to "39"

2. I had to make sure aumix didn't mute the volumes and made sure audio recording was set to line1 (space bar toggles)

3. Untar the linux-2.4.25-chw.tar.bz2 file so that there is a linux-2.4.25-chw directory. You have to do this or step 5 won't work

4. cp the /usr/local/lib/ivtv-0.1.10-pre-ck77b.tgz to root's home directory and untar it. I had to install this or I got no sound from live TV.

5. cd /home/root/ivtv/driver and run make---> make install---make clean
to install the new ivtv package

6. run update-modules

5. cd /usr/local/lib/ivtv/driver
make clean

make

cp msp3400.o /lib/modules/2.4.25-chw/kernel/drivers/media/video/
# And answer yes to overwrite the existing file.

reboot

To get TV-Out via S-Video working
mv XF86Config-4 XF86Config-4.bak

then

mv XF86Config-4.nvidia-tvout.sample XF86Config-4

this should get TV-Out working with proper Overscan configs

Everything works including Mythgame
To get the joystick working you have to run

modprobe joydev

then to make sure gamepad/controller works run

cat /dev/input/js0

press some buttons on the joypad and you should get some funky letters going across.

I'm not sure where the joydev module is located under modconf so I have to run this each time I reboot.
Not a huge priority right now!
