After some short hairpulling exercises, we have PCM and Master volume working. Decided to recompile Alsa from source, latest stable version 1.0.7 Just follow the instructions from here: http://knoppmythwiki.homelinux.org/index.php?page=DigitalAudioHowTo Just substitute: emu10k1 wherever you see intel8x0 I'm just messing around in the aftermath of the recompile to see if anything is broken...but appears to address the Audigy2 Alsa issues. Will respond further on this thread as I find out what's broken or OK. BR |
