I have almost identical settings (down to the case!).

When I use netcard config it doesnt detect my network card but I see it correctly in my PCI device list.

Anyone can help?

Is there any way to get XvMC working in twinview?

the thing with twinview is that xv only works on one of the two devices. By default that would be the monitor. if you want xv to work on the TV then you would have to specify something in the settings, I can't remember what it is as I've never used twinview, but it should be in the nvidia readme file in the twinview section.
