Hi.

Got a new LCD TV so its time to try to run rual frontends in some way.
My projector runs at 800x600 and the TV runs at 1366x768.

So i have some ideas but would like to hear what you think.

1. One machine with back and frontend ( the one i have today ) running the TV @ 1366x768. With a ATI remote.
An extra PC with a frontend to the projector. And a new remote.

2. One machine with backend and 2 frontends in different Xsessions.

What would you do?

And if i run Alt 1 or 2 can i change frequense or something on a ATI RF remote?

If i run Alt 2 is it possible to use different remotes for different Xsessions?

If the TV and project are in different rooms then option 1 would be the best option, but if they are in same room and you want to use the same computer, you can still use the one computer.

To have the same screen on both monitors from a single computer, look up Twinview
