I have not yet physically installed my TV tuner, but I wanted to make sure everything worked. When I attempt to view the Program Guide, however, it throws me out of MythTV altogether and back to the KnoppMyth screen. Is this normal behavior? I want to make sure everything will work before I go purchase a TV tuner. Thanks in advance.

EDIT: Let me add that I'm sure the listings downloaded, because I had to sit through and wait for that to occur.

It needs a capture card defined and a input connection to it, since it only shows tunable channels. MJL claims that you can fake it (define a nonexistant card and connect that) but I've never tried this personally.
