Running SVN trunk. Reloaded and compiled from scratch per Cecil's instructions, but not from the v20-fixes, but from trunk. I get this in /var/log/mythtv when restarting mythbackend:

Code:
2007-09-16 23:51:21.855 UPnp - Constructor
2007-09-16 23:51:21.881 MediaServer::Begin
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::bad_alloc'
  what():  St9bad_alloc

Any ideas how to correct? I even tried to start with the --noupnp option, but no dice.

I need to tape my poker shows Tuesday night (WSOP Main Event). I'm such a donkey!

Why not build fixes???

Upgrading to R5F27 should also do the trick.

Either way the understated first steps are make a backup and verify the backup.

Because I've been running SVN trunk, which has a later database and protocol version.

Turns out I needed to delete the /usr/local/lib and /usr/lib files. Now it's off to the schedules direct races!
