This is going to be amazing. Now I am running out of space on my 200GB. So this will be an ideal replacement when it comes out.
Hope the price is under $100. :)

And to think, I just bought a few 400GBs and upgraded to gigabit ethernet. The nerve of them coming out with larger drives so soon! :)

I can really appreciate large disks as I use a Shuttle SFF pc for my myth box. I'd like to stick with a single drive. Got a 250 in there now. Eventually, even with 500 gigs or more, you just end up having more stuff on it that you don't watch, and eventually, you'll need to delete also. It just takes longer to get there. But I think a 500 gig for me would be perfect.

A 500 GB drive is perfect for storing all my favorite episodes of Love American Style and Moesha.

Plus, in a few years, I'll be the only one who's collected every episode of The Simple Life with Paris and Nicole. I'll be able to sit down with my grandkids and watch it and reminisce about the good ol' days when television programs were shot on cheap videotape and chronicled the stupid behavior of idiots for the amusement of morons.

Ah, the classics.
