Has anyone got the Pinncle Stero PCTV to work?

Yes, works for me with the odd exception of getting no sound and only noise in about 5% of the recordings. I'm hoping to solve that by skipping the pass-through cable and using the cards own ADC instead of the soundcards line-in.

The only thing I had to do that Knoppmyth didn't, was adding this line to /etc/init.d/bootmisc.sh (to get sound):

v4lctl -c /dev/video setattr mute off

I'm using Knoppmyth R5A16 on an Asus A7N8X-VM/400, NF2-tv-out, Sempron 2400+ @ 2800+, 512MB
