I just wanted to say thanks to Cecil and Dale.

I built a system for a friend tonight, and I had it up and running in about one hour. The base system was a refurb'd HP Pavillion system and I added a GF4 MX AGP card, as well as two old stock PVR 250s.

Around one hour is a new record for me, and Iwas able to take it back to him and they started using it right away.

For simple hardware (Epia M10000 with an analogue card), I have it down to 30minutes for demos, from blank disk to showing/recording TV, ripping CDs/DVD, et c.
