Hey, just got Knoppmyth installed. To my suprise I have video at /dev/video0 without any configuration on the PVR-150 card. However, it's not perfect. I'm using the s-video input from a directv reciever and I get a black and white picture where it should be color. Also, on the audio I get loud static and can just barely here the audio from the satelite in the background. If I unplug the audio connector the static remains.

I thought the PVR-150 was unsuported in the stable ivtv driver. Is that my problem right there? I tried building the beta drivers but got the error
make: *** /lib/modules/2.6.11.9-chw-2/build: No such file or directory. Stop.

that directory exists.. so... huh?

ok... well figured out part of it. ran ldconfig and was able to build the beta driver and install it. Now I have color picture... but the sound is still all scratchy/staticy.
