Hello all,

I am using R5A16 on a P4 1.8GHz machine. I have a DViCO FusionHDTV lite card that works like a charm and I'm getting all the free to air channels I want.

I have this old Iomega Buz card that I thought I could use to view Foxtel. I plugged in the card and fired up the drivers. XAWTV shows me the Foxtel video so i know the card is working.

I've added the Buz card in the Capture Card settings. I have set up a second video source called "foxtel" and told tv_grab_au to grab the Foxtel listings. I've connected the "foxtel" source to the Buz card in the Connections settings. The Foxtel channels show up in the Channel Settings page and I have given one of the channels channel number 101 so I can test.

Now to the problem. When I try to change to channel 101 nothing happens. Mythtv just keeps showing the free to air channel that the DViCO card is tuned to. It won't change input to the Buz card. I tried to change inputs using the "C" key but nothing happens. I know that I will need to change the Foxtel channel manually in the decoder box but I need to fix this problem before I go on with getting channel changing to work.

If anyone has an idea of what I am doing wrong, please help.

TIA

O.K. Thanks for that. I can now manually switch to the Buz card and see the video from my satellite box. I've read KEYS.TXT a few times and the only mention I saw of changing inputs was the "c" key. Live and learn.

Now that I have that working, how do I get Mythtv to switch inputs to the Buz card when I choose channel 101?
