Time stretch is not adjusting the pitch for me on my KnoppMyth-R5A16 / MythTV 0.18.1 install, which makes that feature unusable.

has anyone seen this issue - is there a fix? shame for such a great feature to go to waste...

works fine on my pvr250 recordings. I've deleted all of my hd recordings right now so can't test it on them.

Hi - thanks for the response. Im using a PVR-350. Just tried it again with faster and slower stretch and I can confirm that the pitch is not correctly adjusted - speeding up TV gives me flashbacks of alvin and the chipmunks

it seems like im not the only one with the problem, but alas no answers yet

odd like I said I just tested it and it work fine. I'm on R5A16 so it's not a version thing. I'm using onboard intel sound with spdif out to my receiver. my pitch is definitely adjusted, as it sounds very normal just a good bit faster than usual.

[edit] just read the post you linked to and after thinking about it I would bet it has to do with using the pvr350 for output. do you have your sound output run directly to your tv, or does it run back through your soundcard first?

The sound output is running through a sound blaster live (ie, plug goes from PVR 350 into the sound card)

the PC also has onboard sound, which I have disabled..

I'm having this trouble also. I'm sure it is because we are using the pvr-350 for tv output. Time stretch was working correctly before I setup the tv out to use the pvr-350.

Has anybody found a fix for this problem?
