I'm trying to follow multiple guides that describe upgrading IVTV drivers so I can use my PVR-500. I can download the drivers and extract them no problem, but as soon as I tell it to make or make install in the driver directory i get
"make: *** /lib/modules/2.6.11.9-chw-2/build: No such file or directory. Stop. make: *** [all] Error 2"
but if I check the lib/modules/... directory and use dir it tells me build is right there. so I'm completely confused.
I've installed using KnoppMyth and it came with ivtv2.0 i think, but the only thing I can get to work is the composite input on my card if I adjust /etc/mythtv/moules/ivtv
neither of the tuner inputs get anything but static
