I have not seen any mention of someone getting the IR-blaster on a PVR-150 to work. Is it possible for it to work or do I have to buy/make an IR Blaster serial connector?

I'm going to give it a try this weekend.

I am having some success getting the ir blaster working following the tutorial at http://www.blushingpenguin.com/mark/blog/

I think it helped that i did an apt-get install hotplug, but I'm not sure if it was necessary or not.

So far, i've been able to turn on and off the Dish Network box using the IR blaster.

I'll post more info as i get it.
