my English is not so well... comes from Germany I has R5A22 without problems installs it becomes from Tvcard (Askey TView99 PAL): ( audio does not go :(
tuner wrongly recognized "type=1"

my TView99 has the tuner type=38 (Philips PAL/SECAM multi (FM1216ME MK3)

/etc/mythtv/modules/bttv

Are you sure your card has tuner type=38? If so that's an issue with the bttv source code. You said audio does not work. Does that mean you can tune channels and see video? It may not be a tuner problem at all.

Regardless, to change it I believe the options should be both for the bttv driver:

options bttv card=38 tuner=38

then remove the "options tuner" line

by the way, your english is fine!
