Here's how I'm burning DVD's now:
1. Edit commercials/cut points in Myth with the remote and/or keyboard.
2. Go to MythWeb and use MythBurn to make an .iso image.
3. Transfer the newly made .iso to my Windows machine using WinSCP and then use DVD Shrink to make the DVD on my Windows machine.

This process works perfectly, especially for large images (over 4.7GB)

- BUT -

I've recently recorded some short shows that I could fit multiple shows on a single DVD...

I'm guessing I have to use MythBurn to create the files, but NOT choose "Make ISO image" and instead, just use the DVD-friendly folders created by MythBurn. Would I just copy the entire folders over to the DVD in Nero (or DVD-Shrink, if I wanted to cram more on)? And will this create a menu system that chooses between the multiple shows on the single DVD? I guess that's probably the real question....will the menu be made to show the multiple shows on a single DVD - or, how would I accomplish this?

The procedure should be exactly the same, except you can skip the "shrinking" step if everything will fit without shrinking it.

Why would you guess that you have to do that? Just have it create an ISO file, and burn that file onto a DVD.

Yes, Mythburn will create menus.

I think the missing point is that you should be able to check multiple recordings on a single run of MythBurn on MythWeb

Any reason your not using MythBurn all the way through to the burn?

I use by Windows computer to burn the DVD's because I don't have a DVD burner on my Myth machine - it's way too slow to even play a DVD (jerkey video). I use it for only watching and recording off Cable channels.

I guess I'll try checking boxes on multiple recordings and see what happens then. I don't know why I didn't think of that.
