1. MythTv Zap2It listings don't match the Zap2It web site listings. For example, MythTv says that tonight's ER was a repeat. In fact, it was a new episode as it is described on the Zap2It web site.

Am I missing something? Does Zap2It want to know about these issues?

2. My Zap2It zubscription expires 4/2006.

What do I have to do to extend this? Will they contact me at some point?

1. Don't know. Don't watch ER.
2. You should get an email before your subscription expires.

Long back into the website and fill out a survey. They'll extend for another 3 months. Been doing that for over a year now.

When you log in to your zap2it account, there is a link to their forums. If you have a problem with listings being inaccurate, read their sticky posts first, then post the issue in the appropriate forum. Their FAQs might address why you are seeing a difference between listings online vs the ones in MythTV.

I've posted before about a delay in a cable channel lineup change--they're prompt in replying.

You need to search the forum and the wiki--changing your time and/or resetting your time zone is a FAQ.

Here is a copy from the faq.

Code:
As root:

man tzconfig
man hwclock
tzconfig
hwclock --systohc
reboot

After reboot as root again:

/etc/init.d/mythtv-backend stop
mythtv-setup
/etc/init.d/mythtv-backend start
su - mythtv /usr/bin/mythfilldatabase
