I've reinstalled my R5B7 frontend about 3-4 times now, and I could swear some of the old display settings among other things remain, post install. I only used auto install in all 3-4 instances.

Is this really the case? If so, are there any commands I can issue at install to wipe the drive clean?

An auto install does wipe the drive clean.
