I have tried everything and keep getting the same errors. Neither work by the way (IR200L serial and PVR 250 grey remote). I have installed using knoppmyth. Here is all the info:

Here is the error I get:

Tossed the IR-200L to the side and purchased an IR receiver from irblaster.info and everything works perfect with absolutely no issues.
