Sad to say, you're stuck, mine works but it is an older FX5200 and doesn't do hd real well.. At least you can get a gui with vesa however trying to do hd on that probably won't be pretty.

Other wise, I have reached the end of what I can offer for the moment. Hopefully we have a guru in this area that will be able to go through the thread and see what has played out to this and have that nugget you need..

If you have a different video card you might give that a go for testing as by now you should be at least a little more comfortable looking at the "inards". If I find anything additional I will pass it your way.
