1st of all - great CD! So much better than messing with manual
config. TV showed up on my monitor 1st time. I couldn't get that
going on my own.

My config:
R5C7 auto install
PVR-150
Radeon7000
San Francisco Comcast DCT7000

I have 3 questions.

1. IR-Blaster Doesn't Work
--------------
After running lirc-reconfig.sh the MVR-150 remote works (yay!) but the IR-Blaster on the PVR-150 does not. I followed these instructions:

http://mysettopbox.tv/phpBB2/viewtopic. ... 8d72ccd7ee

At first it failed due to serial conflicts (I saw in dmsg at startup) but after disabling serial 0-2 and restarting that resolved (before I got connection refused due to the conflict).

Still though nothing happens to my DCT7000 when I send messages using irsend or my channel change script! I am using DCT2000 rules which i thought worked for everything but the number '0'. I do get these messages in the log on each SEND_ONCE, but another post says these are harmless debugging messages:

My old ReplayTV (now dead) IR-blasted the same box just fine. Could I have a broken blaster? Is there a way to tell? Is there some way to check if bits are actually going out? Is there any way this is a software problem?

2. My Program Guide crashes everytime I invoke it from LiveTV
--------------

1) Watch live tv
2) hit "Guide" on my remote
3) chose "Program Guide" ?

.xsession-errors gets this line when it crashes:
*** glibc detected *** double free or corruption (!prev): 0x08911678 ***

Is there some X configuration I need to mess with?

I saw a few posts where others had this proble, but none had any responses to them.

3. TVOut Vhold broken on the Radeon7000
--------------

The Radeon7000 I'm using as my video card tv-out vhold is messed up right from boot. Boot messages and everything after all show up on the tv, but they just keep scrolling vertically by really fast. It's like an old tv set with the vhold setting wrong. Sadly my TV has no Vhold nob i can find. Do I have a bad card, or is there something I can do about this? Has anyone ever seen this?

Thanks for any help!

the ir blaster that comes with the pvr 150 is not a serial ir blaster, follow these instructions instead
