I've just finish setting up my MythTV box and it's great but there's a problem regarding how i use my MythTV box. The way i'm planning to use it i wouldn't be using the frontend at all. Mainly it'll be a standalone recorder without any things like keyboard, mouse and monitor connected. Show will be scheduled using MythWeb and recorded shows watched stream via samba all on a Windows system.

The main problem here is MythBackEnd will shutdown the system when i'm access the system. Is there any way to prevent it from shutting down when i'm accessing it?

You need to read the backend log to discover why it is shutting down. The wiki has articles on troubleshooting and log reading. Please check them out...
