Finally zaptoit got there shizle worked out and they now have correct data for my area.

However, my myth box did not update the channel listing. Basicaly the data is off by 17 channles.

I'm hoping that a simple clear of the mysql databse that holds the guide data, and a rerun of mythfilldatabase will fix this issue.

It almost sounds like you did a scan and introduced bad entries. Given that I'd recommend running mythtv-setup (see the wiki for directions) dropping all your video sources, and recreating them. See the TroubleShooting page on the wiki and follow the ProgramGuideIsOff directions minus the timezone corrections.
